Steal Strapping Sealer

Also known as crimpers, these sealers secure seals (sold separately) onto steel strapping.

Steel Strappping Tensioner

Steel Strapping Tensioners are suitable for use with a wide range of Steel Strapping. These hand operated device can take strapping up to 19mm wide. To use, simply feed the strapping through the Tensioner, seal and trim the strap.

Poly Strapping Tensioner

Our poly strapping tensioners are lightweight and use a ratchet mechanism with a gripper foot that holds the strap in position whilst applying the desired tension. The strapping tensioner is suitable for use with our 12mm polypropylene (PP) strapping.

Heat Gun

Designed specifically for use with shrink film. Propane driven, works off a standard tank. Extremely durable and perfectly balanced. Wide even heat pattern-up to 18" in a single pass. Adjustable power: 134,000 BTU/HR at 15 PSI to 212,000 BTU/HR at 30 PSI.

Rotary Bag Sealer

Rotary Bag Sealers are hand-held, non-motorized units specifically for sealing bulky or large supported Mil-Spec materials. Not for use on polyethylene. The material is fed continuously into the sealer by hand, to make long seals or seal around odd shaped products. It makes 1” wide seals at speeds of up to 30 feet per minute. The sealbar temperature is thermostatically controlled and goes up to 550°F maximum heat.

Strapping Dispenser

For a convenient way to keep a supply of strapping neat and yet be ready to for use as quickly and easily as possible, this mobile dispenser cart for a number of type of strapping is a hard-wearing and practical solution that prevents the strapping from becoming tangled or otherwise damaged.
